## The puzzle
Pindar Van Arman's bitGAN Act 1: 512 animated pixel pieces (+ #0). A 12-word BIP-39 seed phrase opens wallet 0x18f87ec9c527aba1db44f715456bf28b0dae478d. His only clue: "The seed phrase is 11 glitches ending with a random word." Earlier: "There are some glitch bitGANs with intentional errors - you will find others - they are glitched" (a reply about piece #58). "These are not 'Hidden Typos', but part of the puzzle that will only be solvable after some more drops." Pindar's two earlier solved puzzles both used MINT ORDER and a word you could objectively read off the piece.

## HARD RULES FOR YOU
1. IDEAS ONLY. Do NOT derive wallets, do NOT run qrun2.py / qbuild.py / sweeplib, do NOT touch the network, do NOT edit any existing file. Read files freely. Write ONLY your own report file.
2. Every idea must state THREE SLOTS, each as one sentence Pindar could have said: (a) SELECTION — which pieces are the glitches and why exactly those; (b) WORD — how each piece becomes one BIP-39 seed word, by one rule applied the same way to every piece; (c) ORDER — how the words line up. Plus (d) SHAPE: eleven words + a random twelfth, OR nine/ten words with bookends #0 'universe' first and/or #512 'final' before the random twelfth.
3. NO MIXING: a selection is all DATA (chain, Pindar's sheet, wordlist, file bytes, filenames) or all VISUAL (seen by watching). Say which.
4. The collector's taste: capitals, stray marks, spaces and swapped letters look random and do NOT count as glitches unless Pindar pointed at them. Repeated words ARE allowed. An idea may also be a LESSON (something that teaches a method) rather than a selection; say so.
5. Do not re-propose what is already tested. Check theories/DECISIONS.md (D46 onward is the recent work; D88–D95 is this week) and the hypothesis cards summarised below. To check whether a word SET was tested: keys in theories/_registry.json are the eleven words sorted alphabetically and joined by spaces.
6. Verify every factual claim against the data files before you write it. Piece facts: primary_facts.py (import it: SHEET[g] has Title, Name, GANg, Type, SubType, Eyes, Dimensions, Essence, Drop; CNAME[g] blockchain title; TI[g] mint slot; SAVE_TIME[g]; FIRST_TRANSFER[g]; FILENAME[g]; REVIEW_GROUP[g]; DIFFS; WITNESS; bip = the wordlist; numclass(n)). Tags: ~/Desktop/bitganspuzzlebook/db/tags.sql. Ledger: theories/anomaly_ledger.json (per-piece notes incl. the collector's eye).
7. Be concrete and plain. Grade-9 English, full sentences, no jargon, no letter codes. Quality over quantity: at most SIX ideas, ranked, best first. For each: the three slots + shape + side; WHAT IN THE DATA TEACHES IT (piece numbers); what it predicts that we could check WITHOUT a wallet test; how many phrases a test would need; why Pindar would do it this way; the weakest point of the idea.

## Drops
Skull #1–128 (essence of skull #n = BIP word n, with a few breaks) · Robo #129–192 (binary counters, 64) · Spooky #193–208 (octal) · Solstice #209–300 · Ghost #301–444 · Act 1 Review #445–512 (68 pieces, made in Pindar's working groups reprise00..13, reprisetest, repriseline, skullall, reprisehighdef, repriseaa, reprisebs + four tributes + #512).

## What the collector ruled this week (his eye is final on visual matters)
- Of the 29 pieces where Pindar's sheet and the blockchain disagree, ON PURPOSE: #17, #33, #39, #44, #48, #58, #173, #281, #509. NOT SURE: #62, #66, #73, #81, #175, #290, #309, #315. Accidents/habits: the rest. (lore_catalog_runs/chain_glitch_collector_calls.json; plain descriptions in lore_catalog_runs/deep_review_2/data_plain.json)
- His eye on the two-word pieces: #281 is called glitchGAN but does NOT glitch; #173 is called Smoke but IS a ghost; #66 is called Rainbow but has no greens/blues (it is Flaming); #58 is called Glitch but has NO frame glitch; #17 glitches more than it ghosts and its glitch is SHORTER (frame returns 4 times, gaps 2,1,2 vs the usual 3,2,1,1); #39 has one eye (cyclops); #509 has skull eyes and a robo mouth; #81 looks Flaming not Silver; #290 has 7 eyes but never more than 5 at once; #73 says twin but shows three (a Moirai echo); #44 and #100 are Moirai echoes. => untried reading: THE GLITCH IS A LABEL THAT LIES ABOUT THE PICTURE.
- Pairs (pairs.json):
- P01 [14, 75] — collector: yes — Byte-identical GIF files: #14 displays #75's animation. The only exact-duplicate pair in all 512.
- P02 [479, 480] — collector: yes — The two held-frame pieces — one frame parked (delay) at f27 and f24 — and a shared one-off colour palette found nowhere else in the collection.
- P03 [209, 300] — collector: yes — Solar skullGAN and Lunar skullGAN: day and night. The solstice drop's first and last pieces.
- P04 [489, 491] — collector: yes — The scanline pair: both Frozen skullGANs share the scanline effect; #491 also carries the colour-speedup.
- P05 [130, 133] — collector: unsure — The same background flash — the background flips into sine waves on both. qubitGAN #130 and its echo #133.
- P06 [165, 207] — collector: unsure — The two hand-painted number carriers: #165 carries '81', #207 carries '4'. Confirmed but flagged 'suss — could be coincidence' by the collector.
- P07 [363, 473] — collector: yes — Essences TRUE and FALSE — the only two, a matched statement. The collector's open idea: each may describe the piece's relationship to its own drop.
- P08 [16, 100] — collector: unsure — Both titles spell 'Primoridal' — Primordial with two letters transposed. The only two in all 512.
- P09 [175, 205] — collector: unsure — Both name suffixes are miscased 'Gan' instead of 'GAN' (skullGan / spookyGan). The only two in all 512; a cross-drop pair (robo + spooky).
- P10 [9, 73] — collector: unsure — Both Arweave filenames spell 'gltich' — Glitch with two letters transposed (009_s_silver_gltich.gif / 073_twin_gltich.gif). The only two in all 512. #
- P11 [170, 175] — collector: unsure — Both SubTypes spell 'Raibow' — Rainbow missing its n. The only two in all 512. Note #175 also sits in pair P09 via its 'Gan' suffix.
- P12 [411, 450] — collector: unsure — #450 (essence 'solution') and #411 (essence 'key') are the only two pieces that are an Entangled Skull skullGAN, and #450's only same-title earlier pi
- P13 [256, 479] — collector: no (WITHDRAWN) — #479 (essence 'song') and #256 (essence 'bike') are the only two Inverted Glitch glitchGANs, and #479's only same-title earlier piece is #256. #479 al
- Families he named: "anchored zero eyes" = #130, #133, #141, #174. "Embedded alphanumeric" = '81' on #165, '4' on #207, 'AI' on #379 (+ #179 maybe '10.0').
- Review Drop Natives = pieces that look like nothing in an earlier drop (23; tag visual:visually_novel). TRUE #363 is a standard ghostGAN; FALSE #473 is a totally new kind; #474 'truth' is the same new type and sits next to #473.
- #467–469 (testGANs) were made 23–24 Oct 2021, months before the rest of Review; they wear spooky, skull and robo eyes.
- His working hypothesis (not a rule): where a Review piece matches an earlier piece, SWAP in the earlier piece's word.

## Same-name groupings (NEW, the focus of this swarm) — lore_catalog_runs/same_names/site_data.json and odd_ones_out.json
- A name = title without its counter. Corrected for spelling: 91 shared names, 38 exact pairs. With error pieces left out: 85 names, 34 pairs.
- Five error pieces are one half of an exact name pair whose partner is clean: #4/#36 afford, #66/#40 agent, #123/#99 arrange, #281/#244 believe, #315/#426 upper. Twin Glitch skullGAN = #47, #59, #73, all error pieces. G1itchb0t roboGAN = #170 (error) + #172 robot + #182 virus.
- 20 names cross drops; 19 involve Review. Seven exact earlier+Review pairs: #144/#463, #239/#505, #301/#484, #356/#483, #421/#485, #431/#470, #436/#481. Three names with one earlier + two Review pieces: #256/#479,#503; #261/#472,#486; #411 'key'/#450 'solution',#489. Nine Review pieces join a larger earlier family (#455, #454, #461, #473, #478, #491, #492, #497, #467).
- Odd ones out: #14 is the only one of 21 Rainbow skullGANs that glitches (its file is byte-identical to #75's); #41 the only Silver Glitch skullGAN that glitches; #71, #166, #390, #479 likewise alone in their name group; #461 'buyer' odd five ways; #364 'matrix' odd three ways; Twinbot roboGAN = #132 'brother' + #139 'echo'.

## Other structure found this week
- The 'solution block': twelve Review essences on consecutive wordlist words 1655–1666 (solution, solve, someone, song, soon, sorry, sort, soul, sound, soup, source, south); 'solution' first by wordlist and by piece number (#450); one per working group; in piece order only soup, sorry, sort are out of wordlist order. #450 'solution' ↔ #411 'key' (same name; the collector sees a key shape in #450, frames 45–47).
- Eleven out-of-sequence seed words: #21 bean, #57 mistake, #129 alpha, #131 blind, #141 awkward, #189 blue, #259 bless, #268 bird (index column) + soup, sorry, sort. Index 21 'action' is the one word 1–224 no piece holds.
- Instruction-word essences (45): sort #494, swap #402, flip #142, arrange #99, mirror #187, double #328, add #26, divide #449, erase #495, cancel #507, again #38, twice #393, begin #241, pair #376, etc. Position words (24): above, before, behind, below, between, bottom #287, south #508...
- Eleven broad kinds of glitch + 'Review Drop Natives' (themes in tags.sql: theme:<kind>:side:data / :visual).
- Ten Review pieces have an unusual frame count (#445,#446: 88; #467–469: 81; #493–496: 89; #512: 63). All eleven backwards-Fibonacci pieces return one frame at gaps 5,3,2,1,1.
- Pindar's journal 002 sorts numbers: Fibonacci, prime, square, odd, even. Prime rule: a skull/robo piece glitches when its position is a prime that is not Fibonacci.

## Already TESTED with no match (do not re-propose as-is): about 200 cards. This week alone ~120,000 phrases: every listed eleven × 7 word rules (essence; BIP word at piece number / mint slot / place in drop) × 12 plain orders × both shapes; all 2,048 one-of-each-pair choices; ten data pairs + final; the solution block every way (orders, as a transposition key, swap rule); the collector's nine in the bookend shape; out-of-sequence eleven; instruction words on glitched pieces; first piece of each kind; Review reprise originals (flame, beef, bike, bitter, exact, derive, key, then, mystery, circle). Plain readings are exhausted: a new idea needs a NEW word rule, a NEW selection principle, or a LESSON that changes how we read.
